THE CITY OF BEDFORD BOARD OF BUILDING STANDARDS AND APPEALS WILL HOLD A MEETING ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 28, 2018 AT 6:00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF BEDFORD CITY HALL LOCATED AT 165 CENTER ROAD, BEDFORD, OHIO, TO HEAR THE APPEAL OF TIMOTHY CRAMER SEEKING RELIEF FROM SECTION 511.12 OF THE BEDFORD CODIFIED ORDINANCES REQUIRING PAYMENT FOR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH POLICE RESPONDING TO 99-101 ELLENWOOD AVENUE, BEDFORD, OHIO REGARDING A NUISANCE COMPLAINT.

THIS NOTICE IS BEING POSTED ON THURSDAY, AUGUST 23, 2018 AT THE FIVE MOST PUBLIC PLACES IN THIS MUNICIPALITY AS FOLLOWS:
