This program is for children ages 6-14, Bedford residents only. With the discount card, there is an average savings of 20 percent on prescriptions. There is no income requirements or standards. Cards available at City Hall, banks, the library, and recreation center. Participating local pharmacies are CVS, Walgreen’s, Wal-Mart, and Giant Eagle.
