The contractor for Dominion informed the City that they intend to begin working night hours near the intersections of Broadway, Center and Columbus on Monday, February 10th. Work is scheduled to be done on Powers Road on Monday, Center Road on Tuesday and Wednesday and Columbus Road on Thursday. The contractor will be working one intersection at a time and the roadway will be reopened at 5:00 AM.
Flaggers will be on site and will provide additional lighting. Road closure signs will be displayed. The City will have auxiliary officers on site along with inspectors.
