The City of Bedford is looking to improve all modes of travel (bicycle, pedestrian, vehicle) and transit connectivity to and from the Historic District to surrounding neighborhoods and assets. As a first step in the process, Bedford & Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA) are embarking on a public engagement process to gather community input for the City of Bedford’s Historic Downtown Connectivity Plan.
