Historic District Downtown Connectivity Plan Public Meeting
Join us for a public meeting on Wednesday, September 13 at 6:00 p.m. at Ellenwood Recreation Center
The City of Bedford, in partnership with the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA), is embarking on a public engagement process to gather community input for the City of Bedford’s Historic Downtown Connectivity Plan. The City is looking to improve bicycle, pedestrian, and transit connectivity to and from Downtown Bedford to surrounding neighborhoods and assets. The City is encouraging residents to help shape plan recommendations by participating in a survey and attending the various public meetings held throughout the planning process. The first public meeting is scheduled on Wednesday, September 13th, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. within the Ellenwood Recreation Center located at 124 Ellenwood Avenue. We plan on discussing the planning process, plan goals, and identifying locations to improve safety and/or connectivity when traveling in the Historic District.
