Memorial Day Parade and Ceremonies

The Bedford Memorial Day parade is sponsored by the Bedford Veterans Memorial Day Parade Committee.
The Bedford Memorial Day parade is Monday, May 30 at 10:15 a.m. The parade begins at Bedford City Hall, 165 Center Road. Ceremonies will be held at Bedford Public Square on Broadway and conclude at the Bedford Cemetery on Broadway.

This year is the 60th Anniversary of the Cuban Missile Crisis. The speaker is Lieutenant Colonel Justin Herdman, US Air Force Reserve. He currently serves as the Staff Judge Advocate for the 910th Airlift Wing at Youngstown Air Base. Lieutenant Colonel Herdman previously served as an intelligence officer for the Navy Reserve. He is the former United States Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio. Father Edward Estok is the Chaplain. Also, The Ohio Motorpool will be attending.
