Methods of Payment
Water bills can be paid several ways.
There is a drive up lock box in the east parking lot of City Hall where bills can be dropped in at anytime. This box is emptied daily, this is a matter of convenience for all residents especially in inclement weather.
Bills can also be mailed through the U.S. Postal Service.
We also offer automatic deduction from your savings or checking accounts. This service is also done on a monthly basis. If interested, there is a form that needs to be filled out with a Water Department and a VOIDED check is also required to complete this process.
We also offer credit card payments and e-check payments available on our website ONLY. You need to allow two business days for us to receive your payment. We DO NOT accept credit or debit cards at the counter. We DO NOT accept payments over the phone: https://bedfordoh.gov/#/city/payments/watersewer
