If your power is out, please report this to First Energy.  Do not call the Police Department.
Call First Energy at 888-LIGHTSS (888-544-4877).
Power outage reporting can also be done via their website www.firstenergycorp.com or their free smartphone app.
Text OUT to 544487 to report your outage via text messaging. You can also sign up on their website for outage3 email or text alerts.

Individual citizens must take positive action to protect themselves and their families against threats and hazards that pose a risk to daily lives.
