Sewer Service

The Service Department will snake out your sanitary sewer providing you have an outside cleanout. We no longer go into the homes to snake the sewer, the safety of our employees is very important to us. Call the Service Department at 440-735-6583 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

We have adjusted the frequency that sewer service is provided, service will only be available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Should an issue arise with your sanitary sewer over the weekend and on days it is not available, you will be advised to contact a plumber.

This service will only be provided two (2) times per year, any additional service will have to be done by a plumber of your choice at the resident's expense.

The Service Department has the right to refuse a home that is unsafe, unlawful, lacks maintenance or in disrepair. The home must have running water, and electric. The city is not responsible for any damage during the snaking of the sewer lateral.
