EITC

The Cuyahoga County Earned Income Tax Credit Coalition offers in-person drop off and virtual tax preparation assistance at no charge for individuals and families who qualify on an income basis (earning up to $60,000 per year). To schedule an appointment visit refundohio.org or call 216-293-7200. EITC Coalition strongly recommends scheduling appointments online. The in-person drop off locations are listed below. CHN Housing Partners

CHN operates a year-round Volunteer Income Tax Assistance site at 2999 Payne Avenue, Room 110.  Cuyahoga County residents who may need tax preparation assistance in the off-season (May through October) can meet with a preparer on Mondays between 10am-2pm or Fridays between 2pm-6pm. Those interested are welcome to walk-in or make an appointment at refundohio.org.  Individuals or families earning up to $60,000 per year qualify for free tax prep assistance.  For more information call 216-574-7100.
